Hello :)

I’m Bethan, and twelve years ago, I was diagnosed with Bulimia Nervosa.

My recovery journey has been long, challenging, and at times, isolating. This space was created to break that isolation - for me and, hopefully, for you.

By sharing my experiences, lessons, and the tools I discover, I hope this space becomes a source of strength and understanding for your own journey.

Why I'm Here

As I share my journey of recovery, I want you to know what you won’t find on this page.

This space is dedicated to safe, supportive, and positive content for those affected by eating disorders, and those seeking a community of encouragement and understanding.

Here’s what you won’t see:

✋🏻 No Graphic Imagery or Descriptions of Eating Disorders

This is a trigger-free space where you’ll only find content focused on recovery and positive steps forward.

✋🏻 No Content That Could Trigger or Harm

I avoid sharing anything that could contribute to unhelpful thoughts or behaviours. This page is all about hope, growth, and honest reflections without the risks of harmful exposure.

✋🏻 No ‘Tips’ to Worsen Disorders

There is no advice here that could feed into disordered behaviours. My focus is on wellness, health, and self-compassion.

Instead, you’ll find:

My personal experiences in recovery - the ups, the downs, and everything in between.

Practical resources that have helped me along the way, from therapy insights to professional guidance shared by experts in the field.

Positive action steps and advice that have guided me toward a healthier, happier future.

Importantly, I am not a qualified medical professional in any way, shape or form. I am simply a person who has significant experience as a sufferer of an eating disorder.

If you're looking for a safe, compassionate space to explore recovery with openness and support, this page is for you. 💛

Thank you for being here and for joining me on this journey.
